一、 科室概况
丹阳市人民医院中心实验室始建于2015年，是集医学研究、技术创新、临床转化为一体的综合性科研平台。在院党委的大力支持与战略领导下，实验室现已独立建科，标志着我院科研工作进入了规范化、体系化的新阶段。实验室始终坚持以临床需求为导向，以解决实际疾病问题为核心，致力于为全院临床科室提供先进的科研技术服务与支撑，是推动医院学科建设、培养科研人才、提升核心竞争力的重要引擎。
二、 科研平台与硬件设施
实验室总面积约500平方米，布局合理，环境一流。我们注重实验资源的优化整合与高效利用，已建成多个技术模块，为核心研究提供坚实保障：
1.分子生物学平台： 配备实时荧光定量PCR仪、PCR仪等先进设备，可开展高精度基因表达分析、突变检测、 miRNA研究等。
2.细胞生物学平台： 拥有流式细胞仪、超高分辨率显微镜及标准的无菌细胞培养间，支持细胞功能分析、分选、高清晰度成像及各类细胞实验。
3.生物样本库： 标准化收集、处理并储存各类疾病组织、血液、体液等生物样本，为临床研究积累宝贵的战略资源。

实验室目前拥有一支充满活力的专职科研团队，由3名专职科研人员构成。团队成员专业背景互补，与临床科室联系紧密，初步形成了“临床提出问题-实验室研究探索-回归临床验证”的良性循环模式。

II. Research Platforms and Hardware Facilities
The laboratory covers a total area of approximately 500 square meters, featuring a rational layout and a first-class environment. We emphasize the optimized integration and efficient utilization of experimental resources and have established multiple technical modules to provide solid support for core research:
1.Molecular Biology Platform: Equipped with advanced instruments such as real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR machines and PCR machines, enabling high-precision gene expression analysis, mutation detection, miRNA research, etc.
2.Cell Biology Platform: Possesses flow cytometers, super-resolution microscopes, and standard sterile cell culture rooms, supporting cell function analysis, sorting, high-definition imaging, and various cell experiments.
3.Biobank: Standardized collection, processing, and storage of various biological samples such as diseased tissue, blood, and body fluids, accumulating valuable strategic resources for clinical research.
Ⅲ. Research Team
The laboratory currently has a vibrant full-time research team consisting of 3 dedicated research staff. Team members have complementary professional backgrounds and maintain close connections with clinical departments, initially forming a virtuous cycle model of "clinical departments raising questions - laboratory conducting research - returning to clinical validation."

Based on this new starting point, the Central Laboratory will adhere to the principles of "Openness, Sharing, Collaboration, and Innovation":Internally, we will actively provide high-quality technical services and collaborative opportunities for various clinical departments, stimulating the scientific research enthusiasm of all hospital medical staff. Externally, we sincerely welcome the establishment of cooperative relationships with domestic and international universities, research institutions, and enterprises to jointly apply for research projects and conduct collaborative research.
We are committed to building the laboratory into a cradle for promoting technological innovation and achievement translation in our hospital, contributing scientific research strength to the health cause of the people in Danyang and surrounding areas.
